PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PHASES:

ARRANGEMENT OF EXISTING ROADS:

The municipality of Tamshiyacu has machines that meet the needs of residents for the construction of roads, dams and other things on private land, and users buy fuel for the machines themselves. The use of the service is agreed with the municipality for the period necessary according to the plan.

​PREPARATION OF RAW MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS:

Construction is carried out at the excavation site and the soil obtained during foundation excavation is used for subsequent construction by mixing it with added materials and pressing it into molds with vibrating impactors.

The floor, floor and ceiling of the laboratory are made of reinforced concrete with a plant-soil cover on the roof, so that the temperature in the laboratory is as low as possible and the cooling of the facilities is more rational.

DMT MEDICAL CENTER

The facilities are built with natural materials, they have a size of 100 m2 for 1-2 people with a swimming pool that surrounds the facilities.
The kitchen and bathroom are located in the lower part of the building, and above them is the sleeping area, which rises in the central part of the building. The facilities are separated by more than 100 m from each other, so privacy and tranquility are at the fore.
The accommodation facilities are built with compacted earth with additives of a specific binder and the desired colors, and consist of 8 1x4 m columns, as a supporting structure for the roof, and are filled, between the columns, with a wooden frame with a mosquito net to protect against insects and an exit door on all sides, and with mobile bridges over the pool, so that access to the facility, if desired, is limited.
The roof of the accommodation facilities is traditionally built with wooden beams covered with Yrapai palm leaves and also protected from insects.
  • Price of 140 m2 of roof in total per residential building: 3,000€ x 15 = 45,000€

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WORKS:

Use people from the local community to involve local people in the project.
Currently, an 8-hour work day with food costs 50 soles per employee (12.54 euros).
The optimal number of people on the ground during the construction phase depends on the number of people supervising the construction process.
  • In the initial phase of construction, 2 groups must be organized, with 2 supervisions of 15 workers each.
  • A total of 30 workers x 12.54 = 376.20 euros / day
  • Estimated construction time of the building: 90 Days x 376.20 = 33,858​€

ELECTRIFICATION

During construction, the channels for transporting cables are fenced, so their subsequent installation for the consumer is simple and everything is visible in the conceptual project, so the cost calculation is realistic.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING - AIR CONDITIONING

Ventilation channels are located on the walls and each laboratory has a separate UV sterilized air inlet and HEPA filter, and at the ventilation outlet the air passes through another HEPA filter, in order to ensure the environment and its possible contamination.
  • Hepa filling for 600 m3 of space in "Klima oprema" Samobor: 200€ x 4 pieces = 800€
  • Ultimate UV-C air sterilization lamp: 200€ x 2 pieces = 400€

FIRE PROTECTION PROJECT

The costs of the fire protection system will be known after the main project.
