3 Stages:

1. Consolidation of the Technical – Scientific and Administrative Team.

Made up of 4 Professionals who will carry out the first planning and
projection to establish the bases and processes of field and office work, they are:

  2. Dr. Dino Degregori Pinedo PHD Doctor with Administrative Management experience
  3. Dr. Raúl Chuquiyauri Haro PHD Doctor in Laboratory Research
  4. ​Blgo. Luis Arévalo Pacaya Field Research Technician
2. Preliminary or First Instance Investigation
  •  Selection, location and equipment of the Operations Center, Research Laboratory First line.
  •  Training of Multidisciplinary Teams for the development of the project.
  •  Gathering of empirical information, together with the Technical Team and local residents of Tamshiyacu (community or shamans) to structure a system of prompt location and field management, as required by the first investigation processes.
  •  Collection and taking of samples, through research and field work with plants specific conditions considered in the Project.
  •  Analysis of samples in the Laboratory.
  •  Extraction, storage, quality and purity tests, etc. until you get the results and product that investors and managers consider appropriate.
  •  Legal Assistance for the execution and Legal development of the Project and the Formation of the DMT Research Institute duly authorized by relevant authorities.
  •  Weekly coordination meetings and documented presentation of the progress of each professional and their respective area.

logistic to establish infrastructure​ and processes of field and office work, they are:

3. Creation of the DMT Institute

The deadlines, processes and amounts will be established in the last quarter of Stage 2; including:
